Acceptance of Cozy Houses Daily Rental Rules and Reservation Policy * House Rules: To Maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests, please familiarize yourself with our house rules: 1) Maintain legally mandated quiet times or hours. For summer:
•between 23:00 until 7:00 and 15:00 until 17:30(1st April until 30st of September)
•and for winter: between 22:00 until 7:30 and 15:30 until 17:30 (1st October until 31st of March). 2) There are three Air Conditions, one in the living room and the other two in the bedrooms. For the protection of the environment there is a limit to the temperatures that you can use them (Cooling the lowest is 23°C and heating the highest is 25°C). 3) The Air Condition - Water heater (Boiler) and Heating must be turned off when you leave the accommodation for safety and environmental protection reasons. We have technology that detects when you leave the A/C - Water heater(Boiler) and Heating running and you're outside of the accomondation that switches automatically off the A/C - Water heater(Boiler) and Heating.
