We are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility at Cozy Houses Daily Rental. Starting from January 1, 2024, in compliance with Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 by the Greek government, a new Environmental Fee, known as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, will be implemented.

What You Need to Know:

Effective Date: The fee applies to all bookings with a check-in date after January 1, 2024.
Fee Details: This fee is charged per room, per night, and its amount varies based on accommodation type and the period of stay. For Apartment Daily Rentals like Cozy Houses One, it amounts to €8.00 per night from March to October and €2.00 per night from November to February.
Collection Process: The fee will be collected from guests upon check-in when we accepted payment with cash on check-in, and if you pay by bank transaction or on-line payment it will be included. Please be aware that this fee is mandatory as per the new legislation.
